About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the team. This role sits at the intersection of client service, data management, and portfolio reporting, offering a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in wealth management operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality work across a variety of operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for various matters related to the performance reporting system, supporting the VP of Systems & Portfolio Operations in reconciling data, implementing updates, and maintaining Addepar.
Input, reconcile, and maintain accurate investment data within Addepar (data reporting system), overseeing data integrity across all alternative investment holdings and promptly addressing system-related issues.
Prepare and distribute internal weekly and monthly Addepar-based reports, delivering key portfolio updates, operational highlights, and data-quality insights to support team efficiency and decision-making.
Lead the preparation and reconciliation of quarterly and ad-hoc portfolio reports using Addepar, supporting client needs.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting discrepancies within Addepar, collaborating with custodians, investment managers, and internal teams to maintain clean and reliable data.
Assist the client relations team with day-to-day administrative tasks, paperwork, and documentation, ensuring smooth client service operations and a high standard of client experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
2–5 years of experience in a corporate or professional setting; financial services experience preferred
Basic understanding of financial markets
Experience with Addepar or other performance reporting systems a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
