You’ll work in teams of typically 3–5 consultants in client engagements and receive extensive additional training to expand your skill set. The results of your work will have lasting impact on some of the largest corporations in Latin America.

As you grow in this position, you can expect to gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
You will experience exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues, as well as several weeks of formal training in your first two years.

You might work across a variety of industries and functions and help your team to bring diverse perspectives for the firm projects.

You will assist client development and office-building efforts within each Spanish Latin America location and reach and relevance efforts (internal initiatives aimed at strengthening colleagues' knowledge of firm values and latest advancements through town halls, Values Day and others).
