About the Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our New Business team. You'll work closely with our Hunters to manage the sales pipeline from first meeting to close, with a clear growth path toward a full Hunter (Sales) role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and document the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate CRM tracking at every stage
- Research and analyze target accounts to support the development of competitive proposals
- Lead candidate interviews, evaluating soft skills and commercial fit
- Build high-impact candidate shortlists and draft client-facing presentation emails
- Propose new targeting and outreach strategies and audit stalled deals weekly
- Handle deal closing processes, including contract review and Kick Off coordination with Operations
- Monitor daily KPIs and contribute to monthly closing goals
Requirements
- Advanced or native English (mandatory)
- Genuine interest in sales and business development
- Strong execution skills: fast response, active listening, ability to navigate complex topics quickly
