We’re looking for an AI Marketing Analyst to bridge marketing strategy and technical execution.
You’ll ensure our tracking, integrations, and data flows are accurate and actionable—so every marketing decision is backed by real insights.
This is a hands-on role. You won’t just report on performance—you’ll actively improve it.
You’ll get the chance to:
Own our analytics setup (GA4), ensuring accurate tracking of events, conversions, and user behavior.
Design and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot.
Integrate marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, CRM, AI tools) to maintain clean and reliable data flows.
Implement tracking infrastructure (pixels, scripts, AI tools) across campaigns.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into concrete actions to improve results.
What you must bring to the table:
Background in tech, data, analytics, or similar—with strong interest or experience in digital marketing.
Experience working with tracking, data implementation, or performance marketing environments (agencies or media companies are a plus).
Ability to connect technical execution with business and marketing outcomes.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple platforms.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Experience with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads (from a tracking/implementation perspective)
Experience building integrations and automations across platforms
Intermediate to upper-intermediate English
