Account Manager – Customer Success (Farming)
Remote | Full time | Latin America | Contractor
About the Role:
We're looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of assigned clients. This is a relationship-driven role focused on retention, expansion, and long-term account growth — not hunting for new logos, but deepening and maximizing existing ones.
If you're a natural relationship builder who also knows how to identify opportunities and close deals, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do:
- Lead regular client meetings to understand needs, goals, and challenges
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications
- Identify and develop upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and present tailored sales proposals; negotiate contracts and close deals
- Keep the sales pipeline updated across all stages in HubSpot
- Coordinate with internal Core teams to align on account growth strategies
- Supervise and support the Farming Assistant in day-to-day tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B sales roles
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills — in English
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail
- Commercial mindset: you don't just maintain accounts, you grow them
- Self-managed and comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
