Your dual goal: more and better candidates (Employer Branding) + more and better clients (Demand Generation).
What you'll do:
- Own the brand voice — human, approachable, and technically sharp. No corporate fluff.
- Create content across the full funnel: LinkedIn posts, newsletters, thought leadership articles.
- Research and understand two audiences: B2B clients and high-caliber candidates.
- Track results and iterate. If a piece doesn't have a clear conversion goal, it doesn't go out.
