About the Role:
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including handling accounting tools such as QuickBooks or similar programs. You will manage supplier tracking, construction permit tracking with different cities, and implementation of new management tools. While knowledge of the construction business is beneficial, it is not mandatory for this role.

- Perform daily bank reconciliation between projects and the company's CRM - Monitor construction permits with each city
- Implement the company's new management system
