Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach:

Lead Qualification:

Rigorously assess leads based on defined criteria to ascertain their viability and alignment with our offerings.
Conduct insightful conversations to comprehend client needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring accurate qualification and seamless transition to the sales team.


Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with our Sales Representatives to convey pertinent lead information, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of sales strategies.
Maintain meticulous records of interactions, lead status, and relevant details within our CRM system.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification, consistently striving for excellence.
Generate comprehensive reports outlining lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators, contributing valuable insights to the sales process.

Continuous Learning and Development:

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Participate actively in training sessions and professional development opportunities to refine skills and broaden expertise.

What you will need in this role


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successful lead generation and qualification.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to establish rapport and credibility with potential clients.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
The successful candidate will be adept at cold outbound activities, including but not limited to making proactive outreach efforts via phone, email, and professional networks. Demonstrated experience in initiating contact with potential clients, cultivating interest, and effectively communicating our value proposition is essential. The ability to navigate and engage in strategic cold outreach campaigns is a key aspect of this role.
