The HR recruiter finds the appropriate prospects for job openings within a company. They are responsible for designing recruitment plans, advertising needed positions, and interviewing applicants. The focus of their efforts is geared towards hiring qualified contractors across the various services that the company offers. Typical contractors include painters, housekeepers, resurfacing techs, make ready techs, and carpet cleaning techs.

* Requirements
Minimum 4 years of work experience in human resources
Proficient in MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented interviewer
Great decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure.
