We are looking for a Finance and Administrative Operations SR. Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our company. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual who can autonomously manage complex financial and administrative responsibilities while maintaining excellent service for both internal and external stakeholders.

Administration
Manage administrative operations of clients (including contracts and invoicing)
In charge of collections of US and Latam clients
Manage relationship and payments to suppliers
Manage administrative functions, including office facilities, equipment, and supplier relationships.
Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Financial Management
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial planning and control.
Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal stakeholders and external audiences such as investors.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Accounting and Reporting
Supervise the accurate and timely preparation of financial records.
Liaise with external accounting firms to ensure compliance and precision in financial reporting.
Collaboration with Teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with broader business objectives.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
Must have!
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of experience in finance, administration or related role with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
Tech and efficiency oriented individual preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with english speaking clients and suppliers
Experience in start-ups, it is a plus if you have a track record in B2B companies.
Experience in banking and/or fintech ecosystems is a plus
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and focus on providing accurate and actionable information.
Experience operating financial systems and software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of local legal and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to internal and external stakeholder management.
