We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager with a background in risk and compliance, finance, SaaS, and B2B environments. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring seamless client onboarding, software implementation, customer satisfaction, and—key responsibility—renewal and revenue growth. This role is critical in building lasting relationships with financial institutions across the US and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly financial institutions, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Lead clients through onboarding and software implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum platform adoption.
- Customer Happiness & Retention: Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve challenges, and promote long-term partnerships.
- Renewal & Revenue Growth: Identify and drive opportunities for account renewal and upselling to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to communicate customer feedback, advocate for client needs, and suggest product improvements.
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training strategies, keeping clients informed about best practices, new features, and updates to maximize platform value.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify trends, inform strategy, and uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
