We are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager with SaaS expertise, a deep understanding of the US market, and a proven ability to grow revenue. This role involves leading and executing the company’s marketing strategy, while managing a B2B Marketing Specialist to support operational activities.

Revenue-Driven Strategy: Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy focused on revenue growth and lead generation in the US market.
Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and ensure successful execution.
Team Management: Lead and mentor the B2B Marketing Specialist, delegating operational tasks like LinkedIn management, campaigns, and content execution.
Customer-Centric Positioning: Deeply understand our target audience to craft messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value of our platform and solutions.
Go-to-Market Execution: Define and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the US market to maximize growth opportunities.
Partnership Building: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to drive brand visibility and revenue.
Event Leadership: Oversee the company’s participation in key industry events, ensuring impactful representation and lead generation.
Content Oversight: Direct the creation of high-value, engaging content to drive brand visibility, nurture leads, and support outbound campaigns.
Analytics & Optimization: Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making adjustments to improve ROI and performance.
Must have!
Proven Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS and the US market.
Revenue Focus: Demonstrated success in building strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team or specialist, delegating tasks while maintaining overall strategy execution.
Go-To-Market Expertise: Strong background in planning and executing go-to-market strategies.
Strategic Partnerships: Ability to identify and establish high-value relationships that drive growth.
Event & Campaign Oversight: Experience leading marketing initiatives that amplify brand presence and generate leads.
Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Skills
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn and its potential for B2B lead generation.
Strong content marketing experience, including campaign oversight and messaging development.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
