Sales Development Representative (SDR)
📍 Remote | Full time | Latin America | Contractor
About the Role:
We're looking for a semi-senior SDR to join a fast-growing remote team focused on New Business development. This is a high-activity outbound role where you'll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, creating first conversations with potential clients, and supporting the commercial team in building a consistent sales engine.

What You'll Do:
Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn (cold, warm, and reactivation)
Qualify leads using SPIN methodology and ICP criteria
Build and maintain an early-stage pipeline through consistent follow-up and opportunity identification
Research and prioritize target companies; keep HubSpot updated at all times
Report daily and weekly on metrics, pipeline movements, and insights
What We're Looking For:
Advanced English — excellent verbal and written communication skills (native or near-native preferred)
1+ years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation roles
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, or Smartlead)
Strong research, organization, and prioritization skills
Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
