We’re looking for a charismatic, empathetic, and solution-oriented Core Coach who can connect, inspire, and support professionals throughout their journey at WorldTeams. This is a 100% remote, full-time contractor role, where you’ll be part of an ecosystem that empowers careers through a high-level community and cutting-edge resources.

You will get the chance to:
Onboard new professionals who embark on their journey with World Teams.
Identify mentoring needs and provide the necessary support.
Organize, attend, and document monthly meetings with the professionals.
Foster their engagement.
Cultivate close relationships with each professional and guide them in their contractual development.

What you must bring to the table:
Demonstrate proven experience in a similar role.
Possess the ability to coach professionals to unlock their full potential.
Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
Communicate fluently in English.
Take full ownership of providing solutions to everyday challenges.
Navigate and resolve complex situations between the client and the professional.
