Overview of the Position

Vintti 💙 is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. 🌟 In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, building initial client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline. 📈 The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of sales development with a focus on business-oriented sales, and will be comfortable engaging with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and tools like Apollo. 💼 If you're passionate about business development, client-facing interaction, and want to kickstart your career as part of a growing, results-driven team, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 🚀

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation tools like Apollo. This includes actively searching for and contacting potential clients.
- Sales Development: Develop initial sales conversations by understanding potential clients' needs, presenting the company’s offerings, and qualifying leads for further sales efforts.
- Client-Facing Interaction: Engage with potential clients to establish relationships, introduce services, and set up meetings or demos for the sales team (Account Executives).
- Pipeline Management: Log interactions with prospects in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Research: Conduct market research and leverage platforms such as LinkedIn to gain insights into potential clients' industries and needs.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and to strategize on effective outreach methods.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, appointments scheduled, and pipeline contributions.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales development or business development, or Sales preferably in a B2B setting (internships and relevant projects count!).
- Comfortable with client-facing activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
- Basic understanding of the sales process, including lead qualification, prospecting, and setting appointments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and convey value.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving business development strategies.

Nice to have 💕:

- Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the industry relevant to Vintti's business.
