Responsibilities:
Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP.
Perform financial statement reviews in compliance with US GAAP.
Prepare and deliver audit and review reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Perform bookkeeping services, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining general ledgers.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Prepare financial statements and management reports for clients.
Communicate audit findings, financial insights, and recommendations effectively to both audit management and business stakeholders.
Stay current with updates to US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of robust internal control procedures.
Participate in ad hoc projects and perform detailed financial analysis as needed.
Manage and execute multiple audit, review, and accounting engagements simultaneously for various clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing financial statements or general ledger accounting.
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
