We are looking for a paralegal who understands that litigation is not just paperwork. You will work closely with our client's Personal Injury Litigation Team in US, owning the flow of cases from intake through trial preparation.

What You’ll Do:

Litigation Support
Support attorneys through all stages of personal injury litigation
Prepare cases from initiation through trial readiness
Ensure nothing slips through the cracks


Drafting & Filing
Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
File in state and federal courts with accuracy and compliance
Manage e-filing across jurisdictions


Case Management (Litify)
Own case tracking inside Litify (Salesforce-based system)
Monitor deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case progress
Maintain organized and updated case files


Coordination & Communication
Schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Keep all stakeholders aligned


Discovery & Trial Prep
Gather and organize documents and evidence
Assist in discovery responses
Prepare exhibits and support trial readiness


What You Bring
5+ years of personal litigation experience
Experience working with U.S.-based companies is a must
Hands-on experience with Litify (Salesforce) or similar systems
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules
Experience drafting and filing complaints and pleadings
Ability to manage multiple cases without losing attention to detail
Clear communication and strong organizational habits


Nice to Have
Multi-state e-filing experience
Paralegal certification or relevant degree
