About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce project management, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams. Prior experience working with nonprofits is highly desirable, as many of our clients operate within the mission-driven sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce implementation and optimization projects from initiation through delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Coordinate with Salesforce consultants, developers, and administrators to ensure successful project execution.
Provide regular status reports and updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce CRM projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
PMP, CSM, or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Project Manager) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with nonprofit organizations and understanding their unique needs, processes, and constraints.
Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising, program management, and donor engagement processes.
Ability to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment with multiple priorities.
