Position Overview:
The Business Analyst position will play a crucial role in helping organizations make data-driven decisions to optimize performance by analyzing business operations, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations. This role covers multiple areas, including: attendance and pricing trends, marketing analytics, budgeting & forecasting, consumer behavior and insights, and web trends. A solid grounding in data analytics, FP&A, and corporate finance, combined with strong communication skills, will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Business Intelligence
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, digital engagement, and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze behavior, patterns, and regional market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Deliver actionable insights to optimize pricing, promotions, and marketing spend.
• Assist in forecasting, marketing spend optimization, and ROI analysis.
Consumer Insights & Digital Optimization
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to understand different personas and preferences.
• Analyze website and platform performance to optimize digital experience and conversion rates.
• Support A/B testing strategies for website UX and digital marketing to improve conversions.
Acquisition & Retention
• Develop data-driven strategies for acquiring and retaining clients through digital marketing, loyalty programs, and personalized offers.
• Track effectiveness of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) and organic content (SEO, social media).
• Collaborate with marketing to refine CRM strategies and engagement initiatives.
Collaboration & Strategy
• Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure business decisions are data-driven.
• Provide insights on products and pricing, including recommendations for new offerings.
• Deliver insights to enhance experiences and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor competitor trends and industry benchmarks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Strong foundation in business intelligence, data analytics, or consumer insights.
Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Familiarity with CRM & marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Knowledge of consumer behavior analytics, digital marketing performance metrics, and A/B testing.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing attribution models.
Strong project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for leveraging data-driven insights to improve experiences and outcomes.
