Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fund Accountant to manage the accounting and financial reporting of multiple investment entities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full-cycle accounting for multiple investment fund entities.
Prepare and review financial statements, capital account statements, and investor reports.
Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and expense allocations.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal reporting requirements.
Support audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor cash flows, capital calls, and distributions.
Provide insights and reporting to management regarding fund performance and real estate investments.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of fund accounting experience (investment funds or private equity/real estate preferred).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund structures.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – a must.
Ability to manage multiple entities and prioritize tasks independently.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
