Position Overview
The Render Pros is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the fulfillment of services sold to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, clear communication, and timely project delivery. This is a full-time, remote position in a fast-paced, growth-focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the fulfillment of services provided to clients
Conduct onboarding emails and calls to collect vital client information
Set proper timelines and expectations for clients
Coordinate with freelancers to deliver required services
Ensure deadlines for projects and service fulfillment are consistently met

Preferred Previous Experience
Prior experience in a marketing company or agency

Required Skills
CRM tools (preferably GoHighLevel)
Meta Ads
Website builder tools (preferably Framer)
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
Basic analytics/reporting (Google Analytics or similar)
Project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail, adaptability/flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
