About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and polished Sales Assistant to support our business development and membership team within an exclusive matchmaking and lifestyle network for ambitious professionals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and has a natural talent for communication, organization, and relationship building.
You’ll work closely with the sales and membership directors to assist in lead management, client onboarding, and day-to-day operations that ensure every prospective member receives a seamless and exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing inbound leads and scheduling consultations with prospective members.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely client information.
Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Assist in qualifying potential members and ensuring they align with the network’s standards.
Collaborate with marketing and client experience teams to optimize the lead-to-member journey.
Track and report on lead conversions, follow-ups, and engagement metrics.
Provide administrative support to senior sales staff and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a sales, client relations, or customer success role — ideally in luxury services, hospitality, or high-end membership-based organizations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, engaging demeanor.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.).
A self-starter attitude, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Genuine interest in lifestyle, networking, and helping others make meaningful connections.
