Descripción del puesto

About the position:
The Digital Marketing Analyst will execute and optimize digital campaigns for our clients, while also providing strong technical support across our web and analytics ecosystem. This role is essential to ensuring that digital marketing operations meet each campaign’s specifi c objectives, with a strong emphasis on technical implementation, website performance, and accurate measurement. The ideal candidate combines strategic digital marketing skills with hands-on technical expertise in WordPress, Elementor, tracking implementation, automation, and technical SEO. They will work closely with the creative and account teams to ensure that all campaigns, websites, and digital assets are effective, technically sound, and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities:
● Perform technical updates, edits, and ongoing maintenance on WordPress websites , including creating and modifying templates using Elementor and other page builders.
● Execute digital marketing campaigns, including custom event tracking, conversion setup, and cross-platform measurement for GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
● Optimize the performance of advertising campaigns (PPC), continuously adjusting targeting, ads, and bids to maximize return on investment (ROI).
● Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, generating regular reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
● Implement technical SEO audits and execute improvements such as Core Web Vitals optimization, site speed enhancements, indexation fixes, URL architecture improvements, sitemaps, robots.txt management, redirects, structured data (Schema), and accessibility (WCAG) compliance.
● Configure and manage automation workflows to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
● Implement on-page and off-page technical optimizations informed by performance analysis and SEO best practices.
● Implement code-level adjustments (HTML, CSS, and basic PHP) to resolve issues, enhance functionality, or address performance and layout problems.
● Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure technical execution supports UX, accessibility, SEO, and overall website performance.
● Document technical processes , confi gurations, and best practices to support scalability and internal knowledge sharing.
● Stay up-to-date on web technologies, digital marketing trends, automation tools, SEO technical developments, and the WordPress ecosystem.
