📣 I’m looking for a UI Designer with strong visual skills and a solid UX mindset to create human-centered, responsive websites.

📍 LATAM | 🤝 Contractor | 🌐 Remote

🔎 Responsibilities
✔️ Design websites end-to-end (wireframes → final UI).
✔️ Build and maintain design systems and components in Figma.
✔️ Apply solid visual principles (typography, color, grids, hierarchy).
✔️ Use analytics tools (Hotjar, GA) to identify improvements.
✔️Contribute to UX flows, IA, wireframes, and workshops.
✔️Present design solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

✔ Requirements
✔️2–4 years of experience in digital design (ideally websites).
✔️Excellent Figma skills (components, variables, prototyping, auto-layout).
✔️Experience with responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
✔️Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and IA.
✔️Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
✔️ Clear communication in Spanish & English; collaborative, adaptable, creative.

Nice to have: Webflow/Framer/Figma Sites, AI in workflow, design systems from scratch, data-driven improvements.
