About the Role
We’re seeking a law graduate and experienced paralegal to support a growing personal
injury law firm. This role focuses on drafting persuasive demand letters and preparing legal
agreements, helping move cases efficiently from pre-litigation to settlement.
You’ll work closely with attorneys and case managers to gather case facts, organize medical
and billing documentation, and produce professional, well-reasoned legal drafts that reflect the
firm’s tone and standards.

Key Responsibilities
● Draft and edit demand letters for personal injury cases (auto accidents, slip and fall,
etc.)
● Draft, review, and proof agreements (e.g., settlement agreements, retainer agreements,
release forms)
● Review medical records, bills, and treatment summaries to calculate damages
● Communicate with clients, case managers, and medical providers to gather complete
information
● Ensure accuracy and compliance in all written materials
● Maintain organized and up-to-date case files
● Support attorneys during settlement and negotiation processes

Qualifications

● Law degree (J.D., LL.B., or equivalent) – required
● 2+ years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation preferred)
● Proven ability to draft demand letters and legal agreements
● Strong understanding of liability, damages, and settlement procedures
● Excellent legal writing and document structuring skills
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines
● Experience with case management systems (e.g., Filevine, Needles, SmartAdvocate,
etc.)
● Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
