About the role:
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and relentless Outbound SDR to join our growth team. This role is not about blasting messages or following a script. It’s about running smart outbound experiments that consistently turn into qualified calls. You’ll design, execute, and refine outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, and phone, while tracking results and building on what works.

Responsibilities:
- Build and execute daily LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator.
- Launch and manage personalized outbound email sequences.
- Run structured cold calling with focus on connect rates and conversion.
- Design weekly outbound experiments and document learnings in our playbook.
- Track outreach volume, acceptance, response, and call conversion.
- Analyze funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
- Report weekly on performance trends and experiment results.
- Collaborate with growth, marketing, and ops to align messaging.
- Repurpose inbound content (case studies, webinars, blogs) for outbound campaigns.

Must-Haves:
- Proven experience running structured outbound on LinkedIn.
- Hands-on knowledge of outbound email tools and deliverability.
- Comfortable with cold calling and able to push conversations toward a booked call.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize funnels.
- Creative problem solver with a track record of designing outbound experiments.
- Highly organized, with clear tracking and no dropped leads.
- Proactive closer who knows how to ask directly for the call.
- Collaborative and resourceful, able to work across teams and content.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or other scraping/automation tools.
- Experience building or contributing to an outbound playbook.
- Exposure to multichannel outreach strategies (LinkedIn + Email + Calls + Paid).
