This role has a strong visual focus, but we value a UX background to help you understand and solve flows, think structurally, and design with a user experience mindset.

📇 Responsibilities
Design responsive websites end-to-end — from wireframes to final UI — tailored to different clients and businesses, while digging deep into users and their needs.
Build and maintain design systems, components, and visual guidelines in Figma.
Make impactful visual decisions using solid design principles (typography, color, grids, hierarchy).
Support the analysis of metrics and analytics tools (such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities and make informed design decisions.
Contribute to UX processes by participating in user flows, information architecture, wireframes, workshops, and presenting ideas to clients alongside the team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in dynamic projects and clearly present your design solutions.
✔ Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in digital design (ideally designing websites).
Excellent Figma skills (components, variables, prototyping, auto layout, etc.).
Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
Awareness of design best practices and experience working within agile methodologies.
Great visual judgment and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to different challenges, collaborate with teams, and communicate ideas clearly (in both Spanish and English).
Creativity, empathy, passion, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
