Key Responsibilities:
Manage and record all financial transactions using QuickBooks Online.
Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Prepare and present financial reports to management.
Maintain and update the chart of accounts to reflect the company's financial activities accurately.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a similar role.
Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online.
Strong understanding of charts of accounts and financial reporting.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
