Job Title: Account Manager (Success Team) – US Home Builders Sector

The Opportunity
Are you a sharp, high-energy professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? World Teams is looking for an Account Manager to join our Success Area. You will be the face of our company for a strategic portfolio of clients in the US Home Building industry (working with giants like Toll Brothers, Taylor Morrison, and Highland Homes).

This isn't just a "support" role; we need a strategic partner for our clients—someone who can navigate complex conversations, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate like a pro.

What You Will Do:
- Relationship Mastery: Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio of Home Builders, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Strategic Growth (Upselling): Deep-dive into your clients’ businesses to detect new needs and expand our footprint within their operations.
- High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead commercial discussions, including contract renewals and price adjustments, with confidence and tact.
- Consultative Meetings: Conduct periodic business reviews to align our services with the client’s evolving goals.
- Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer within World Teams, ensuring their feedback drives internal improvements.

Who You Are:
- Bilingual Communicator: You possess a near-native level of English. You’re comfortable leading meetings, presenting, and negotiating with US-based executives.
- Smart & Savvy: You have the "street smarts" to read between the lines during a meeting and the "business smarts" to offer the right solution at the right time.
- Negotiator by Nature: You don’t shy away from discussing money or terms; you find the "win-win" in every situation.
