- Cultivate close relationships with each professional and guide them in their contractual development.

- Possess the ability to coach professionals to unlock their full potential.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Take full ownership of providing solutions to everyday challenges.
- Navigate and resolve complex situations between the client and the professional.
