Objetivo:
A Vendor Management System (VMS) is a software system that facilitates the procurement and management of contingent workers (CW) (non-FTE).
Unilever has the need to establish, optimize and strengthen a foundation to manage contingent worker (CW) services to improve data management and accuracy to be compliant with ESRS reporting in 2025. We intend to do this by implementing 5 value-targeting initiatives across four phases to address core challenges on data visibility, VMS processes, policy and governance, jobclassifications and its procurement strategy (supply model).
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project manager with expertise in VNDLY and vendor Management Systems (VMS).
The ideal candidate will be responsible to play the customer role in a 3-in-a-box model with Workday VNDLY (tech provider) and TAPFIN (managed service provider) program teams to support the transition from legacy platform (Beeline) to VNDLY. This role requires the candidate to be leading and managing projects focused on the implementation, integration and optimization of VNDLY or other VMS platforms. The candidate is desired to have strong Project management skills , a deep understanding of VMS solutions, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality results.

Responsabilidades:
Lead End to End Project Management for the Implementation and Integration of VNDLY and other platforms.
Resources will need to support PMO activities, data ETL and reporting development.
Act as the Subject matter expert on VMS platforms, the application and challenges of VMS tech and MSP models. VNDLY knowledge would be advantageous but not necessarily disqualifying. Understanding the business process of CW sourcing and management, the interface between recruitment, finance and data is more important.

Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information systems or a related field
10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on VMS platforms (mandatory), experience with VNDLY is desired.
Strong experience in VMS Implementations, integrations and configuration processes (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders as well as multiple vendor partners
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of other VMS platforms like Beeline
Familiarity with Contingent Workforce Management processes.
Project management certification
