JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative and results-driven bilingual (English/Spanish) Social Media Specialist to manage our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and analyzing social media performance through metrics and reports.
Fluency in English and the ability to fully manage content in both languages are essential.

KEY RESPONABILITIES
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content in English and Spanish across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.
- Build and manage a thriving online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering engagement in both languages.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize performance and reach.
- Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) to report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns and brand messaging.
- Provide recommendations based on performance data to improve content strategy.
- Identify opportunities for community growth and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed or currently in the final years of study).
- Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content in both languages.
- Knowledge of trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and community-building.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
