Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier customer assistance for our advanced Hosted VoIP PBX platform through both inbound call queues and a support ticketing system.
Efficiently perform add/change/delete requests to meet customer needs promptly.
Troubleshoot issues related to IP phones (Yealink, Poly, Cisco), as well as routers and switches to ensure seamless service.
Engage in the provisioning of IP phones, configuring routers and switches, and troubleshooting diverse internet issues.
Contribute to team efforts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all customer requirements are met with professionalism and high service standards.
Preferred Experience:
Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with VoIP platforms such as Broadsoft.
Extensive familiarity with phone systems, SIP phones, Hosted PBX, and Unified Communications.
Practical experience with network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Essential Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
