Position Summary
In this role, you will leverage data insights to optimize supply chain operations for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail partnerships. You will design and maintain dashboards, validate data quality, and propose strategic improvements to inventory processes. Your primary goal is to help reduce out-of-stocks, improve on-shelf availability, and drive collaboration between CPG brands and Retailers.

Core Responsibilities
Business Intelligence Dashboards
Design and maintain dashboards that guide inventory decisions and provide visibility into supply chain metrics.

Data Quality Assurance
Validate data for accuracy and completeness; promptly raise alerts when anomalies or inconsistencies are detected.

Collaboration with Technical Teams
Work closely with data engineers to refine data models, optimize ETL workflows, and ensure seamless data pipelines.

Feature Development
Identify and create new data features to address emerging customer needs and strengthen analytical capabilities.

Visualization & Insights
Propose enhancements to existing dashboards, focusing on making data insights clearer and more actionable.

Required Qualifications
BI Tools & Data Visualization

Experience establishing robust checks to ensure the integrity of incoming data.

ETL & Data Warehousing
Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, along with database design concepts.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
A proven ability to dissect complex challenges, interpret data, and derive actionable insights.

Stakeholder Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to align multiple parties on shared objectives.
