About the Role


We are seeking a Python Engineer with experience in LangChain and workflow
automation platforms (n8n or Make.com) to join our growing team. You will build,
integrate, and maintain Python-based automation systems, leveraging modern AI
toolchains while ensuring stability and scalability for production workloads.


This is a remote position requiring alignment with Pacific Time (PDT) working hours.

Key Responsibilities


Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and scripts for workflow automation.
Build and deploy LangChain-powered agents for AI-driven process automations.
Integrate third-party APIs and automate workflows using n8n or Make.com.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design and scalability
planning.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and debug automation pipelines and Python-based services.
Collaborate with the product and operations teams to translate business needs into
technical solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
2+ years of professional Python development experience.
Experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks for agent development.
Experience with n8n, Make.com, or similar workflow automation platforms.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English.
Availability to work PDT hours (e.g., 8 am–4 pm PT).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning workflows for LLMs.
Experience integrating with Slack, Gmail, and other common SaaS tools.
Experience with data transformation and working with JSON-based pipelines.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
