Appointment Setter – Cold Calling Specialist

Position Overview
This role is 100% focused on outbound engagement. You'll be responsible for initiating first contact with potential clients—primarily via cold calls—and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. You’ll work closely with our founder and sales lead to fine-tune scripts, targeting, and outreach strategy.

Key Responsibilities
● Cold Calling: Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to U.S.-based businesses to introduce our services and book sales appointments.
● Lead Engagement: Use provided lead lists and manage prospect data for more personalized outreach.
● Appointment Scheduling: Qualify leads based on defined criteria and secure time slots on the calendar of our sales executives.
● Script & Strategy Feedback: Provide insight on what’s working and suggest improvements for scripts and outreach approach.

Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum 1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience. Staffing or
B2B service experience.
● Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written); confident phone presence is the key.
● Tools: proficiency with Excel, dialers, Apollo for lead data management, and sales automation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
● Drive: Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to hitting call quotas and booking meetings.
● Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage follow-ups and pipeline effectively.
