We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive who is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets
- Expand revenue originated from existing accounts
- Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Close inbound leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Leverage our existing network to get referrals
- Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.
- Become an expert in the staffing industry.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Native-like English level
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and effectively manage time.
- A proactive mindset: always pursuing your next goal.
- Motivated by commission and career growth.
- Track record of exceeding quota as SDR.
