About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive (B2B Sales) to take ownership of the sales process, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue.
This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on prospecting, closing, and account growth.
Previous sales experience is highly valued. Logistics experience is a plus.

Training & Ramp-Up
First 3 months: Dispatcher role (operations training, carriers, lanes, freight flow).
After ramp-up: Transition into full Sales / Account Executive (Problem Solver) role.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect new clients and generate business opportunities (B2B sales)
Build and manage client relationships
Negotiate rates with clients and carriers
Manage accounts and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with operations team

Requirements
1-2 years of sales experience (highly valued)
Availability to work aligned with the U.S. calendar and schedule
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Advanced / bilingual English (Must have) — you will work with U.S. clients
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have
Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
