This position is for our client, a leader in the solar panel industry, renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence. They are dedicated to providing top-quality solar solutions and exceptional customer service, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and building long-term client relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers, has some experience in sales or customer success, and is ready to transition into a more operational and detail-oriented role.
You’ll be working on day-to-day project management, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all phases of solar and energy efficiency projects post-sale.
Act as a liaison between customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate project timelines, follow-ups, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity, confidence, and satisfaction.
Handle escalations and problem-solving during the evening shift (2–10 PM) to support project continuity.
Assist in streamlining internal workflows and supporting the team lead in resolving complex cases.
Maintain a high level of customer service while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or project coordination.
Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in solar, HVAC, energy efficiency, or home improvement industries.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Familiarity with permitting, inspections, or installation scheduling.
Problem-solving mindset and experience handling escalations or urgent issues.

Compensation in US dollars ranges from $12,000 - $22,200 per year
