About the Client
Our client is a boutique technology-focused investment banking and advisory firm. The team specializes in M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory for fast-growing tech companies across the U.S. and globally. Their work combines deep sector knowledge with high-touch advisory, delivering sophisticated financial and marketing materials that drive deal execution.

The firm is rapidly growing and looking to expand its team in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to support increased deal activity.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support the firm’s deal execution team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or corporate finance — ideally in tech-focused transactions or at a boutique/mid-market investment bank.

This position will work closely with the Senior Associate and report directly to the Partner. The role offers significant exposure to live deals, mentorship from senior investment professionals, and the opportunity to grow toward an Associate or VP track within the firm.


Responsibilities
Transaction Support & Analysis:
Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.
Conduct financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comps, precedent transactions), and sensitivity analyses.
Perform industry research and competitive benchmarking to support live deals.
Support due diligence and transaction documentation preparation.
Help structure and review marketing materials for M&A and capital-raising processes.

Client & Deal Interaction:
Collaborate with senior team members and directly with U.S.-based clients.
Participate in deal discussions and client calls to understand transaction objectives.
Communicate financial insights clearly in English across internal and external teams.

Operational Excellence:
Ensure deliverables meet the firm’s high-quality presentation standards.
Work under tight timelines and prioritize multiple deal workstreams simultaneously.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement and deal execution efficiency.

Qualifications
Required:
2–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A.
Background in tech investment banking or mid-market/boutique firms preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction processes.
Excellent written and spoken English — fluency required for client communication.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with FactSet, PitchBook, or Capital IQ is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s in Finance or MBA preferred.

Location & Structure
Location: Remote but we are looking for candidates in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Work Model: Full-time, remote-first setup with potential to open a small local office hub.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Senior Associate) and Partner.
