📑 Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Media (SEM) Specialist to join our Production team. This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on inside platforms and optimizing campaigns at scale.
You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and improving paid search campaigns across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate can quickly navigate Google Ads, pull insights, and make optimizations with minimal guidance.
This is a non client-facing role, focused on internal execution and performance.
📚 Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and ongoing performance improvements.
Platform Navigation & Rapid Execution:
Quickly navigate Google Ads accounts, pull reports, and implement changes with minimal supervision.
Ad Creation & Testing:
Develop, test, and iterate ad copy and variations to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
Performance Monitoring:
Track daily campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively optimize based on KPIs.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign data using Google Sheets/Excel and prepare internal reports with key insights and recommendations.
High-Volume Campaign Management:
Handle multiple campaigns across different accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (creative, data, development) to ensure campaigns are aligned and executed effectively.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and campaign efficiency.
✅ Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing SEM / PPC campaigns
Strong experience with Google Ads — ability to navigate accounts, pull reports, and optimize campaigns with minimal supervision
Proven ability to ramp up quickly in new accounts and environments
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
English: Advance level (comfortable for internal communication)
Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern or Pacific Time
