Descripción del puesto

Grupo Neuss is seeking a full-time Analyst with strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, committed to building a career in Private Equity.

This role will primarily focus on M&A transactions and special situations within our multisector investment group, with key interests in oil and gas, energy generation, distribution and transportation, infrastructure, among others.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive multi-sector research, analyzing financial information, market trends, and assessing macroeconomic conditions and political factors across our focus areas
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books and presentations for shareholders, the board of directors, partners, and financial sponsors, among others
- Collaborate on all stages of deal execution, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, conducting transaction due diligence in collaboration with senior members and external consultants
- Monitor the portfolio of companies and report on performance to shareholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. An MBA or a Master’s in Finance is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit analysis or management consulting
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
