General Role Description:
As an SEO Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's online presence and visibility. Working within the marketing team, your primary focus will be on creating, optimizing, and managing content across various digital platforms to improve search engine rankings, drive traffic, and increase user engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of SEO best practices. Your contributions will directly impact our brand's discoverability and performance in search engines, making it a critical position within our digital marketing strategy.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in SEO and content creation, with a portfolio of successful projects.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and SEO guidelines.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for content strategy optimization.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Certification in Google Analytics or SEO-related courses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and ensure maximum visibility and traffic.
- Create, edit, and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms in alignment with SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and rankings, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations for content, site architecture, and keyword optimization.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Report on performance metrics, including organic traffic, ranking positions, and engagement metrics, to stakeholders.
- Engage in link-building strategies and activities to enhance domain authority.
