The Paid Ads Specialist will manage, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across key channels such as Meta, Google, and our Shopify store. This role focuses on maximizing ROI, driving qualified leads, and providing actionable insights to support company growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Shopify platforms
- Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI and lead generation
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-impact ad assets and landing pages
- Report regularly on KPIs, insights, and campaign outcomes to stakeholders
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising

Desirable Previous Experience:
Hands-on campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms,Shopify or e-commerce ad experience,Agency or multi-client account management,Success optimizing budgets for small business or startup clients,Experience working with creative teams to deliver high-performing ad content
