- Grade Skills Tests, Conduct Interview Calls, Import / Manage Equip Tests, Manage Airtable Database, Email & Communicate with Candidates
- Communicate with Recruiters
- Manage Daily Inbox (Email, LinkedIn)
- Sort, Filter, Triage Messages based on Importance & Action
- Draft messages on Behalf of Brandon on Email & LinkedIn
- Manage Daily, Weekly, Monthly Upcoming Calendar
- Manage BP’s Daily Asana Tasks
- Personal Tasks
- Examples
- Amazon returns
- hiring cleaners, taskrabbits, etc.
- booking travel (flights & Airbnbs)
- finding & booking reservations
- helping with car lease
- sublease apartment
- planning for conferences (A to Z)
**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Managing Creative Schedule (LinkedIn Posting on personal, IG posting on company page) for BP
- Helping me coordinate with graphic designers
- Coordinate video editor / graphic designer
- Ensure BP is on track for Creative Schedule
- Team Accountability
- Holding team accountable to hitting Rocks
- Manage deadlines & accountability for Freelancers
- Picking out gifts for Team, Creators, and Brands
- Hiring people for Misc Tasks on Upwork
- Scheduling Networking Meetings for BP
- Keep scorecard updated (airtable, google sheets, etc.)
- Hold and lead a team meeting (US and PH team). Keep things on track. Be firm. Don’t waste time. Don’t overly talk. Don’t waste people’s time.

- Understand how Adhesive works (general competence) in case random things are needed for a client or internally
- For instance, grading skills tests or interviewing for Deal Makers requires base knowledge of how Adhesive works
- ⭐️ General understanding of how the world works in America (insurance, rent, etc.)
- Ideally has lived in the US for a bit before
- Exeucitve Assistant Experience
- Has worked as an Executive Assistant for a successful CEO for 3+ years in the past
- Team Leadership Experience
- Open to being contacted on off hours. Be available for urgent matters in US hours at night (EST). I want to pay so well I can Whatsapp him/her at night.

- This is a leadership - this person *must give pushback on me*, solve problems before they get to me, etc. Find somebody who can see when I’m wrong and figure out how to make it right after that.
