### About Our Company:
- [Adhesive Media](http://adhesivemedia.com) is an influencer marketing agency based in Miami connecting leading brands with top-performing YouTubers. We represent 200+ YouTubers, partner with 50+ brands per month, and have closed $20M+ in sponsorship deals for our creators.
- We are hiring for an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to pitch & close sponsorship deals between our YouTubers & Sponsors. Your job will be to handle inbound deal opportunities, pitching our creators to sponsors, and scale a few key sponsor accounts.
- You’ll grow more in 3 months at Adhesive Media than you have in the last 3 years of your life. We’re looking for someone who is highly competent, very organized, and willing to take on a challenge.
### Responsibilities:
- Deal Making ⭐️:
- Own inbound deals end-to-end: Keep inboxes at zero daily, respond using templates, follow up aggressively, surface the best opportunities, and expand inbound coverage across more creators.
- Run targeted outbound every day: Build brand lists, validate they’re real YouTube spenders, find the right contacts, send customized pitches, follow up, and keep Airtable/CRM clean.
- Grow a small set of assigned brand accounts: Manage and expand a handful of overseas brands, consistently pitch creator opportunities, and keep deal flow moving (even if service level isn’t A-tier).
- Client-facing email communication between YouTubers & Sponsors.
- Provide an exceptional experience for creators and brands, focused on speedy, high engagement, and transparent communication. You’ll encounter many tricky and unique scenarios, so you’ll need to be a great critical thinker & comfortable making decisions on your own.
- Keep databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project management tools (Asana, Notion) updated . Wherever possible, implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and improve client service.
