About the Role:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will organize and maintain my digital workspace across multiple growing businesses. You'll implement a 3-bucket structure (OWNER_HQ / BUSINESSES / LIFE) to keep Drive, files, notes, and bookmarks organized, support executive tasks, manage receipts/expenses, and turn my existing content into a consistent stream of social media posts. You'll help draft schedules, summarize meetings, and keep online operations running efficiently through strong digital organization and proactive support.

Responsibilities:
- Organize Google Drive, Apple Notes, and Chrome bookmarks using the 3-bucket HQ/Business/Life system
- Rename and organize files; maintain a directory document for key folders/links
- Triaging inbox using custom labels and automation for newsletters and receipts
- Create/update Google Tasks from emails and meetings
- Manage financial records: collect receipts, log expenses into spreadsheets, properly file documents
- Organize photos/videos and structure the content pipeline
- Propose 5+ weekly post ideas (draft hooks, captions, platforms) from existing media
- Schedule approved content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Assist with weekly time-blocking and schedule preparation
- Summarize meetings, create action items, and keep Google Tasks updated
Desirable Previous Experience:
Experience as a virtual assistant supporting executives or entrepreneurs,Background in digital organization or content management,Familiarity with multi-business or fast-paced work environments
