About the Role:
Operational backbone for pre-seed stage creator monetization platform. You own organizational infrastructure, stakeholder management, and operational systems that enable founder execution velocity. Core areas: executive scheduling & coordination, knowledge management (Notion), presentation material design (Google Slides), creator and brand operations support, and systems/tools administration. Work with high autonomy and precision across creators and brands to ensure seamless operations and communication.

We enable creators to diversify and stabilize their revenue through building their own loyalty programs that reward their communities for shopping at brands they endorse. We move fast and operate as a high-impact team. Our backgrounds span companies like Snapchat, Roku, and Wayfair—bringing top-tier experience and energy to our early-stage environment.

Skills Required:
- Advanced Notion (databases, templates)
- CRM platforms (Airtable, HubSpot)
- Google Slides
- Google Workspace

Secondary Skills:
- Project management tools (Asana, Linear, or similar)
- Tool integrations (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, scheduling platforms)

Responsibilities:
- Executive scheduling: Manage founder’s calendar, meeting prep, and follow-up
- Knowledge management: Build/maintain Notion workspaces, update databases, track documentation
- Presentation materials: Design decks and one-pagers for creators, brands, and partners
- Creator/brand support: Track outreach pipelines, manage CRM, coordinate calls, assist with contracts
- Systems/tools: Configure CRMs, set up automations, integrate tools, onboard team members

Desirable Previous Experience:
Executive assistant or operations coordinator at an early-stage startup or tech company,Experience supporting a founder or C-level executive,Proven background implementing new systems or processes in a fast-paced environment,Experience managing multiple workflows and tool integrations
