I run multiple ventures including FounderBrands, a content agency that helps founders grow their personal brands, and Greenbox Storage, a moving and storage company.
I’m looking for a highly organized and resourceful Chief of Staff who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a typical assistant role where you just manage a calendar or inbox. You will be hands-on with content, social platforms, and key business operations. You will learn how high-performing digital businesses are run from the inside and have a direct impact on growth from day one.

About the Role
You will work directly with Collin on a mix of business, creative, and operational projects. You will help manage his content across platforms, coordinate lead generation and research, analyze performance data, and support multiple companies under his umbrella.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, can think proactively, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats from content coordination to operations to travel logistics.
A substantial part of this role is creative. A great candidate will have video editing and graphic design experience.

Responsibilities
YouTube and Social Media
Develop ideas, titles, and descriptions for videos
Coordinate video editing, visuals, and posting
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
Manage scheduling and posting on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram


AI SEO
Distribute and manage posts across Reddit, Substack, LinkedIn articles, and X articles


Lead Generation (Syndr.AI, X, and LinkedIn)
Identify and flag potential leads from X and Reddit
Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
Engage through comments and DMs
Create content based on sales calls and client conversations
Assist in creating lead magnets and supporting materials


FounderBrands Operations
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
Process payroll
Manage email drips and automations
Learn the systems and structure of FounderBrands to support operations
Analyze content performance to determine what drives engagement and leads
Research competitors to understand offers, positioning, and growth systems


Greenbox Storage
Process payroll and assist with administrative operations


Personal Support
Research and book hotels, Airbnbs, flights, golf courses, and restaurants for both business and personal travel



Requirements
Significant video editing experience
Fluent English speaker with minimal accent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, IG)
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
