We are looking for a Head of People, reporting directly to the CEO!
You will play a key role in designing and executing talent, operations, and culture strategy – making a real impact on the business.
What you’ll do:
Lead and inspire the People team
Develop and implement strategies for talent, operations, and company culture
Work closely with the CEO to align People initiatives with business goals
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of professional experience
Proven experience in Talent/HR
Proactive, hands-on, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Advanced English
University degree completed
On-site 2 days per week
